All templates are purchased directly through the creators. The purchase is made through third party payment services (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad).
The designer is notified of the purchase and will transfer the template directly to your provided Webflow account. The aim is for all designers to transfer the template within 24 hours of the purchase.
The transfer is completed and everyone's happy :)
In case there's a bug in the template, or you need to ask a question, all support is provided directly by the designer themselves. Visit the template page of the template you purchased and you'll find the email of the designer.
